The spacious ground floor room featured large windows with beautiful views of the park, tastefully decorated with elegant artwork and furnishings. A comfortable bed complemented the impressive ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The friendly service, particularly from the helpful receptionist, added to the enjoyable experience. The vibrant area offered plenty of dining options, including hand-cut steaks, and free parking was a significant plus. some street noise could be heard at night, and the lack of a lift may be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

Ideal spot for family stay
Was a fantastic touch that we found hair straighteners and biscuits waiting in the room. The staff were genuine, making us feel like we were at home, going out of their way to cater to our every need.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy B&B, perfect for our family. The kids loved exploring the nearby parks, and we enjoyed how close we were to the Scottish Crown Jewels, which made sightseeing a breeze. The breakfasts were hearty and delicious.
My children wanted a play area for when they got a bit restless.

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! We visited the Honours of the Kingdom and enjoyed exploring nearby attractions. The rooms were cozy, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. It’s in a great spot for getting to the city center in about 15 minutes on bus number 25.
It caused some confusion about our room payment, leaving us a bit stressed before the trip.

Great staff and clean rooms, but breakfast could have more options.

missingWrote a review on 18 Julclean roomconvenient locationpoor quality facilitiesdisappointing breakfasthigh prices
Clean and well-presented rooms provide a decent atmosphere, but the facilities miss the mark with subpar quality. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. supplies like tea bags and butter ran out frequently, and both the Scottish and continental offerings fell short in flavor and preparation. Given the high prices for the accommodations, the experience was ultimately underwhelming despite a convenient location just a bus ride from the city center.
